sabongph Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the sabongph platform in any capacity — whether as a guest browsing the site or as a registered player placing bets — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with sabongph's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the sabongph platform and close any account you may have registered. Continued use of sabongph following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on sabongph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced by sabongph through identity verification (KYC) procedures.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts on sabongph.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing sabongph from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of sabongph, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

sabongph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by sabongph may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) sabongph account only. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your sabongph account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You further agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. sabongph is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sabongph account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify sabongph support immediately.

sabongph reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete, or where it has reason to believe that the player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

All financial transactions on sabongph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). sabongph supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at sabongph's discretion.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each payment method and are displayed within the sabongph platform at the time of transaction. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits are generally credited to your sabongph account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. sabongph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network outages.

Withdrawal requests are processed by sabongph within the timeframes published on the platform. sabongph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where unusual account activity has been detected.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into the same sabongph account, unless otherwise approved by sabongph's compliance team.
• sabongph does not accept deposits from, or process withdrawals to, third-party accounts. The account holder's name on the payment method must match the name on the sabongph account.
• sabongph reserves the right to deduct applicable taxes, fees, or charges from withdrawal amounts where required by Philippine law or regulation.
• Any bonus funds credited to your account must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

sabongph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all sabongph promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• sabongph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured.
• Players who sabongph reasonably believes are abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or other forms of bonus exploitation — may have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.

All bets placed on sabongph are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product — including but not limited to live casino, sabong, slots, bingo, and arcade games. Game-specific rules are published within each game section of the sabongph platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

General betting rules applicable across all sabongph products:

• A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the sabongph system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that have not been confirmed due to technical errors, connectivity issues, or system failures are void.
• sabongph reserves the right to void any bet that was placed or accepted in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical malfunction or human error.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the platform. sabongph reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on any player account at its discretion.
• Winnings are credited to your sabongph account balance upon settlement of the relevant game or event. Settlement times vary by game type and are published within each game section.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or event, the records held by sabongph's system shall be the definitive reference. sabongph's decision on all disputes is final, subject to the complaints procedure set out in these Terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sabongph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing cards, signals, or strategies in live casino games.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting software to interact with the sabongph platform.
• Money laundering: Using sabongph for the purpose of laundering funds derived from illegal activities. sabongph complies fully with the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act and will report suspicious activity to the AMLC.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes on the sabongph platform. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider in relation to sabongph transactions.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or use sabongph while under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor.

All content on the sabongph platform — including but not limited to the sabongph brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of sabongph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sabongph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any sabongph content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on sabongph content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any sabongph software.
• Use sabongph's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of sabongph's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sabongph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the sabongph platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues, or system outages beyond sabongph's reasonable control.
• Loss of winnings or profits arising from the voiding of bets placed in error or as a result of technical malfunctions.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on the sabongph platform.

sabongph's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your sabongph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude sabongph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

sabongph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a sabongph account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

sabongph complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently, and is used only for the purposes for which it was collected.

sabongph may share your personal data with third parties where required by law, including disclosures to PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other Philippine regulatory authorities. For full details of how sabongph handles your personal data, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

sabongph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. sabongph provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality check notifications, and self-exclusion options.

Players who believe they may have a problem with gambling are encouraged to make use of these tools and to seek assistance. Self-exclusion requests can be submitted through the sabongph platform or by contacting sabongph support directly. Self-exclusion periods are enforced immediately upon request.

sabongph strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and conducts age verification as part of its KYC process. Players who are found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts suspended immediately.

sabongph reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if sabongph reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if sabongph is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon termination of your account:

• Any pending bets that were placed prior to termination will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules and the outcome credited or debited accordingly.
• Any bonus funds, free bets, or promotional credits in your account at the time of termination will be forfeited immediately.
• Any real-money balance remaining in your account after the deduction of any amounts owed to sabongph will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
• Where termination is due to suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity, sabongph reserves the right to withhold your balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, to report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities.

You may also close your sabongph account voluntarily at any time by contacting sabongph support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

sabongph operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of sabongph complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.

sabongph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, sabongph will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address or mobile number registered to your account.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the sabongph platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using sabongph and close your account before the amended Terms take effect.
